Terms of use
These terms apply when you use this website or request a free audit from Dicta (“Dicta”, “we”). By using the website you agree to them. Paid client work is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
The free audit
The free audit shows how AI engines answered a set of questions about your market at the time we ran them. It is provided for information only. AI answers change from run to run and as models are updated, so the results may differ when you or anyone else asks the same questions later.
No guarantee of AI results
We do not control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other AI provider. We cannot and do not guarantee that any engine will mention, rank or recommend your brand.
Using this website
- Only submit a website you own or are authorized to represent, and an email address you control.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the website, probe it for vulnerabilities or submit automated requests.
Our content

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and the free audit are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Dicta is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the free audit.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
