Privacy policy

This policy explains what Dicta (“Dicta”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Client work is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

  • Free audit requests. When you request a free audit we store the website address and the email address you enter, and the time of the request.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

  • To run the audit you asked for and email you the results.
  • To follow up about that audit. You can tell us to stop at any time.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase stores audit requests in its database.
  • Vercel hosts the website and keeps its server logs.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@dictaaeo.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you further rights, and we will honor them.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
